Since I was absent the day that the pinch pots were introduced and taught I had some problems figuring out how to use the spiny table thing. I taught myself to start with a wedged sphere and to start with my thumb in the middle, I had a lot of help from August and Angie as they helped me learn to build out the bottom before I increased the height. If I were to do this project again the only thing I would change would be to figure out how to glaze my organic shape (the flower candle holder) without the glaze blocking up the holes for the flower petals.
